Remote Support

Have you left out of the office only to reolized that you needed assistance with a application or that something on your computer is not configured properly? 

That is where our remote support plans come into play.  As long as you have a high speed internet connection, a NextDayTECHnology technician can connect to your system to assist you.  Our remote support application gives you the ability to grant our technicians access when you see fit.   

On-Site Support

Our On-Site support consist of a NextDayTECHnology tech coming to your location to assist or fix any technical issue you may encounter.

The response time for our techs are within 2 hours of placing a support call.  All NextDayTECHnology technicians  will have proper identification upon arrival, to ensure your security.  Our technical assurance plans will put our technicians to work for you, giving you a reliable, knowledgeable alternative.
